> Remodeling Solutions provided a total remodel of our Kitchen and Dining Room, removing a wall to double the size of the kitchen.  The contractor had several contacts in the area, getting us great deals on all the materials needed to finish the project.  The work was completed quickly and within the budget set out at the beginning of the project.  Thanks to Remodeling Solutions, we now have a beautiful and functional kitchen that serves as the focal point of our house.  We will be calling Barry again when we are ready for our next project.

**Q: Porch Ceiling Issue** *(in Design Dilemma)*

My porch ceiling, currently made of drywall, is showing droplets of water after it rains. I just had the roof replaced (on the flat porch roof, as well as, the whole house). Since there was evidence of leakage through the ceiling before the roof was replaced,  I was going to have the porch ceiling replaced with drywall, but now I am thinking there may be a better alternative considering the high humidity here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.  What would you suggest for the porch ceiling?

A: Beadboard is the traditional choice. For your climate I might opt for a PVC product similar to AZEK tongue & groove beadboard http://www.azek.com/products/trim/beadboard
