> We hired Bob to do a two-story addition for us, and we couldn’t be happier.  His design was fantastic, and he used every bit of space in a useful and creative way.  I’m still impressed with his eye for both detail and practicality. . . he thought of everything, down to where we’d put our shoes when we come home and the types of light switches in our closets.  Most of these little touches that he went over with us and included in the bid would never have occurred to me to give a second thought, and they ultimately have made our day-to-day living so much easier and more enjoyable.

> And, of course, our home is now beautiful and wonderfully brings together the new and the old.  During the design process Bob asked us to show him pictures of the types of designs that we liked and talk to him regarding why.  He used that information to create features in our home that we didn’t even realize that we wanted until he suggested them to us.  And he worked with us and our builder throughout the construction phase as well--I’m sure that construction wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without Bob taking the lead, guiding us through the inevitable hundred year old house “surprises,” and helping us approve the contractor’s draws.

> Bob was very flexible in scheduling too, which we really appreciated because of our own crazy schedules.  Last, but certainly not least, he’s an all-around nice guy.  It is great to have someone who is very knowledgeable and a calming presence when embarking on a project like this that can be quite stressful for the owners at times.

> Having built a house direct with a builder previously, I was reluctant to build from scratch again.  Working with Bob and his team on our new home made all of the difference in the world.  We worked with RFA from initial design through the build.  The process was actually fun.  We look around at our house every day thrilled with the amazing architectural touches and details.  The living spaces are perfect for us.  I would highly recommend him without hesitation.   Thanks Bob!

> Bob has an eye for scale and functionality.  His detail in coffer and lighting design is impeccable.  our remodel was difficult requiring additional support beams to be installed as the wall we took down was a support wall.  Our new space is beautiful, full of light and looks like a new house even though its 50 years old! Highly recommended
