This was our first time to update anything in our house and she was more helpful than we ever expected. She suggested that we begin our kitchen renovation by selecting countertops and flooring, and then move on to smaller details, such as fixtures, plumbing and paint. Within the hour consultation, she had correctly gathered my wishes and thoughts. I called her in to help me when it seemed like I was stuck in neutral and the contractors needed design choices. The remodel project had (as they seem to do), gotten much bigger then originally planned (a full kitchen upgrade turned into a whole house upgrade). I had gotten overwhelmed and needed professional help when it came to choices for my kitchen cabinets, backsplash etc. Do I go with paint or stain for my cabinets? She designed 3 beautiful bathrooms using colors and style from our conversations. Dawn is respectful and smart. She put a plan together quickly.
