**Q: This interior is horribly amateurish.  Are you an ASID firm?** *(in Photo Questions)*

All of the pieces on the wall are hung miserably.  Too high, under the curtains, yikes!

A: Hello @gzeebette
Unlike a lot of designers, we work specifically with our clients to marry their wants and their needs with their style. This room was EXACTLY what the client wanted and she could have had anything she wanted. This particular client approved and loved everything in this room. The bedding is BELLE NOTTE (handmade Italian) from Elte in Toronto, the knitted throw is handmade from the Canadian east coast and from a One of a Kind artisan. The bed frame is an older bed from Ikea which was her daughter's. All of the art in the room is special to the client and she loves her art hung this way. Obviously, if she didn't we wouldn't hang it this way.
We have many clients all with different styles and tastes. Many of them are wealthy and can do anything they want. As a designer you can push people only so far out of their comfort zone and still make them happy. They are the ones that are living in the space and have to live with the changes every day. More often than not once they live with the new space they "get" it and want more. Sometimes though a client just wants what they want and this is what this client wanted!

A: They were made with supplies from the lumber store

A: It is a small bar sink that was existing

**Q: Where was the mauve couch purchased?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: It's actually a warm milk chocolate colour in micro suede

**Q: Love the check fabric.  What manufacturer is it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The manufacturer is Pierre Frey I believe. It's available from Primavera on Designer's Walk in Toronto.
