And then we liked them more and more the longer we worked with them. > > Friends laughed out loud when I told them Steve had said that we'd be in our new house in 6 months. But 6 months to the day we took possession of our beautiful new home. And he brought it in right on budget. > > Neither my husband nor I had ever built a house before. All I'd ever heard were people's horror stories of going way over budget and taking much longer than planned to build. > > But when we saw houses Steve and his IRC crews had built, along with talking with him we knew that this was a well run organization.
