During my first conversation and meeting with him, I could already tell that he was both very professional and knowledgeable about best options for our needs. Although the sheers order took about 1.5 months for production, Max was able to schedule the installation very soon after receiving them, and did an amazing job.

Rather than reschedule to a different day, Max went all the way back to the supplier to get a new rod so he would be able to still install it the same day.
