> The stone I received was beautiful.  The problem was I was not told that the shipping would be as much as the cost of the stone.  No proper billing of shipping was provided until requested several times. Freight was just listed.    Very disappointed in not being informed in advance.   I was also provided two pallets more than needed  for the job and they would not take back or give credit.  Very expensive going through middle-man.  Better to go through stone yard.

> First of all, I would just like to say your house turned out beautiful.  Hunter Stone provided the thin veneer stone and fireplace mantel.  The client added some outside areas that were not included in the first quote and required more stone.  It had to come in almost overnight to finish the project before an event taking place at the home.  She was cautioned the price would seem high because freight doesn't very much whether 3 to 4 tons or 24 (full truck).  Just finding a truck to get it in right away was a task.  Regarding the 2 pallets of remaining stone, these were pieces of cut left over stone from the mason cutting the stone.  There is always a waste factor and pieces left over just like scraps of framing material.  Unfortunately this review does not go into the detail of how we took care of the mantel and helped out in every way possible to make sure the event happened on time at your lovely home.

> We contracted Hunter Stone in 2012 to provide exterior stone for our new home.  The attention we were given was fantastic.  Quentin Hunter provided several samples of various priced stone.  After we made our choice, Quentin measured our house for the correct square footage also compared blueprint dimensions to actual on site dimensions.  The order was place and our stone arrived in the time promised.  The total experience was spot on and very professional. I would recommend their services to any one.

A: The designer for the custom home was Centerline Plan Service, Bossier City, LA.
The stone on the house is a limestone and the walkways are done with 2" thick flagstone.
