> We moved from Chicago to Midway, Utah and had a house custom built by Scott Davis and CD Construction. Being relatively unfamiliar with the area and CD Construction we were naturally apprehensive about building a house while being so far away. The house turned out beyond our expectations and dealing primarily with Scott as well as with the rest of his team was a pleasure throughout the process. We were able to easily communicate with Scott, he understood what we wanted, provided great input/suggestions,  and delivered a wonderful home.

Who is the manufacturer of the windows?

A: The windows are Alpen Wndows.  They are an extremely high efficiency window for an affordable price.

What is model/manufacturer of the wall sconces?

A: I am sorry but I do not know.  They were chosen by the interior designer on that job.

What is the deck floor product

A: This is Trex Decking.  It is a composite material that doesnt need maintenance.  This particular deck is also waterproofed under the Trex material to provide year round patio below.

What sink is this?

A: It is the Kohler Leaf sink with the Kohler Purist faucet.  Both can be found on the Kohler Website.

What are the paint colors?

A: I am sorry but I do not have any answer for that.  This home was built several years ago and we do not have that detail in our records.  Again, sorry.
