> We hired Browdy & Browdy (Dave Rinzler & Dick Browdy) to build our home in Ponte Vedra Beach Fl. Living in central Pennsylvania and building a home 935.8 miles away could have been a recipe for disaster. Things went perfectly. Even our neighbors commented on how professional they were including how clean the jobsite was and there constant supervision of the project. They controlled the subs, were constantly available, and had great suggestions on controlling costs while building a quality home. Their knowledge of current building codes along with a years of experience building first class homes was invaluable. The ultimate test was a move in date Xmas 2016 as our 4 adult children were visiting thinking we rented a home and did not know about the project. They performed and had us in a week early. Best Xmas ever!  We would build with them again in a heart beat. First-Class organization!

David Rinzler was present from the start and instrumental in developing schematics and eventual construction documents. The clients elected to seek preliminary bids from several contractors and Browdy & Browdy were chosen for their competitive evaluation and devotion to the needs of the clients. Construction of the home was well-organized and completed ahead of schedule in spite of structural challenges and eleventh-hour revisions. David appointed a full-time, ever-available superintendent who asked the right questions and resolved each issue thoughfully. I recommend Browdy & Browdy to all prospective clients and would jump at the chance to work with them again.

> The decision to build our dream home was very tough since we have heard through many sources the nightmares that could come from designing to building.  We chose Browdy and Browdy based on a reputation from people that built with them 30 years ago to as soon as months before our decision.  The answers to all of our questions were the same, I would use no one else but David Rinzler.  This project was very tough and we made multiple changes along the way from adding stone to building retaining walls.  David met with us at every architecture meeting to any meetings we requested with our interior designer.  His attention to detail cannot be matched by anyone in our humble opinion.  I highly recommend if you are building a custom home in NE Florida that you at least meet the Browdy and Browdy team, you will be remised if you didn’t have a conversation with David.

Richard Browdy and David Rinzler were fabulous, from the initial meeting to the finished product.  Their professionalism, experience, and attention to detail are unmatched.  They hired a superintendent just for our project and he couldn't have been a better choice.
