**Q: Mudroom Help Needed!** *(in Home Decorating)*

I'd like ideas to improve our mudroom. 
What can I do to spruce this space up?

A: Such a beautiful mudroom! I would start by adding a long runner, my recommendation is to look at ones that are easy to wash and extra durrable. Ruggable has some great options! Adding a sofa table or built in "charging stagion" with a built in dog area on the left side of the built ins will serve as a "drop all" space but also allow for pet space. Otherwise, you could add artwork, maybe stack three pieces or one vertical. Here are a few ideas for inspo if you went the built-in route!

**Q: Can I pull off no area rug? \*pic\*** *(in Design Dilemma)*

The picture is a bit grainy, but what do you think of livingrooms with no area rug???

I had a cream area rug with a blue border previously and pulled it up the other day to clean it. And now I'm wondering if I can pull off not putting it back down. 

It's been so lovely running the robovac without it getting hung up and having spotless floors (kids & pets).

Does the space look ungrounded? What can I do to make it look more grounded WITHOUT adding the rug back if that's even possible.

A: Love this space! I think the room looks great without a rug. It's best to keep your home suitable to your lifestyle (kids and pets). Either a floor lamp or a sofa table behind the sofa with lamps would definitely warm the space. 
If ever you do go back to a rug, Ruggable has a great selection of washable rugs and are easy to vacuum.

**Q: Dining interior Advise** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Can someone advise what type of mirror they’d recommend for the middle crown molding panel. Not sure if it should be simple so it compliments the molding or if I should get one the same exact shape and vibe. Thanks for helping!!!

A: While I am a lover of art, I agree on hanging the chandelier first. That in itself is a gorgeous piece, you wouldn't want to add anything that is too distracting. Additionally, the moulding is art well. Beautiful dining room!

**Q: Family room layout help!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Our family room is 20’x15’ with a wall of windows, several doors and a fireplace. please help with furniture layout and rug placement/coordination.

A: Gorgeous room with a great foundation! Your current layout is best for utilizing space. My recommendation is to open the space behind the swivels by removing the rug and moving the console on the adjacent wall if space allows!

**Q: please help style and furnish!** *(in Home Decorating)*

I am stuck!  A chair and table?  A console table?  Do not want to change walls or floor.  Thank you for advice.

A: I love the idea of a console table with two poofs underneath. Another idea is a round receiving table, to which you can still add a small poof or stool underneath. By having a table of sorts along with poofs provides more interest and is also functional. Poofs can be used for sitting on when taking on/off shoes. While the table can be used as a place to quick drop items such as keys, packages, mail, ect.
