Very happy with the results and easy to take care of. Chad's team was very professional, organized and cleanup up like they were never here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! **★★★★★ — Megan Bradley, Jan. 2019** > We used Dream Weaver to remodel our children’s bathroom. Chris did a great job explaining the scope and timeline for the project. I had no vision in mind for the project but Chris asked some questions about my likes/dislikes and was able to come up with a plan that was perfect for our needs. The project was done on time and on budget. Wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend to friends. **★★★★★ — Celeste Harris, Jan. 2019** > Dream Weavers upgraded our master bath and kitchen and did painting and repair in other areas of our house. They connected us with great subcontractors for tile, counters, appliances, etc. The work proceeded according to plan. The teams that came in to do the work were professional and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves every day. We are so pleased with the results and with the experience working with Chris and his people. I will certainly call on them again, and recommend that others do, too. **★★★★★ — capslockcollins, Nov. 2017** > I think the best compliment I can give Dreamweaver is that I will be using them again for my next project. This time they transformed my builder grade mantel into a statement piece and added spectacular trim around my entire first floor. Chris was great to work with and always on time, which I valued greatly. The project was done in time and right on budget. Don’t hesitate in contacting him for your next project. **★★★★★ — Amy Stillwell, Oct. 2017** > We interviewed several contractors for our kitchen/bath/den renovation. Chris Pfahl was in a league all his own. The workmanship was exacting, with an eye for every detail. His subs were absolutely great, showed up when expected, completed their work on time and cleaned up afterwards. In addition to many customer recommendations, even Chris's subs recommend him. We are completely satisfied and happy with the results. We will be calling Chris again when it's time to tackle another project. **★★★★★ — Mario Russo, Oct. 2017** > Dream Weaver does top quality, first class work. They just completed our basement in Gainesville and we have used them before. As always are very satisfied. The key difference is Chis is a professional and has huge expectations from his sub contractors. Speaking of that, Chris only uses a team of top sub contractors. The paint crew, plumber, electrician, and flooring crew (carpet & tile) are excellent. I have seen other neighbors who bring in a contractor that usually is a one/two man operation that does everything. I want professional specialist doing my work in my home and that is what you get with Dream Weaver. **Comment from Dream Weaver Building & Remodeling:** > Thank you Mario, the basement design and overall feel really looks GREAT can't wait to have a drink at the Bar **★★★★★ — Brian Atwell, Jan. 2017** > We are an Audio/Video Systems Integrator serving the metro Atlanta area. As a result, we have an opportunity to work with many different General Contractors, on varying sizes of projects, both large and small. From this, we are able to observe many different Contractors, and compare their work style, work ethic, and values and how that translates to their client and their client's properties. > > Chris Pfahl and DreamWeaver set themselves apart from other Contracting firms, in the operational side of the business. The work site is always neat, orderly, and a game plan has been developed for the overall project so that all trades involved have an understanding of their scope of work. For us, it translates to a smoother installation when our technicians are on site, which ultimately makes for a happy client, as their expectations have been exceeded. **★★★★★ — Allison Norfleet, Jan. 2017** > Chris and his team did an excellent job! Chris met with my designer and I. We collaborated together to design the molding for the staircase and living room. Chris was very professional, our project was on-time and on-budget. I am very pleased with the project and would recommend Dream Weaver to other home owners. I know I will reaching out to Chris and his team again. **★★★★★ — caseypcollins, Dec. 2016** > All I can say is WOW! We had the pleasure of working with DWBR on our basement. Chris was so knowledgeable. The advice he gave us and added tips really made all of the difference. He widened an entry way a few feet that makes a world of a difference, added built in shelves in what would have been dead space in the bathroom, and even created the cutest kiddy door into the closet under the stairs so the kids have a little hang out. All of this on budget and on time. Chris was a pleasure to work with as were all of his subcontractors. We were briefed on all phases and stages of the project and couldn't be happier with the final results. The years of knowledge DWBR brings to the job is unmatched. Really to us it was priceless. We heard so many horror stories from friends remodels but we had not even a hiccup. The only thing that took longer was one light fixture because we changed it at the last minute. > > We will be using DWBR again and again in the future! I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. **★★★★★ — Steve Terjung, Oct. 2016** > As a sub contractor, I've worked for a countless \# of builders/re-modelers over the last 12 years and there's only a few that I would consider having work on my own home. Chris is one of them. His approach to 'Doing it Right' and the experience on how to get it done has impressed me from the beginning. As a Waterproofer, this is especially important b/c there are no shortcuts in keeping a home dry. Be confident that Chris can and will build/remodel your home right and when finished, you will be glad you hired him. **★★★★★ — Howard Rogers, June 2016** > Chris at Dreamweaver did an excellent job. He is very detailed oriented and makes sure he has everything planned out in the overall process. Very conscientious about making sure he does a great job and that you are satisfied with the direction of the project. **★★★★★ — userloginabc, June 2016** > We recently purchased a 15 year old home and Chris was our first call! This is the fourth project he has perfected for us. It included repainting the entire home interior, rerunning electrical, custom wood working, trim, door and cabinetry and some light demo. Chris' expertise is unparalleled. He can literally build an entire home from the ground up which makes our renovation projects go seamlessly. He has a gift for anticipating what others miss. We get an accurate estimate of cost, time and what to expect on every project. Quality, attention to detail and professionalism... Every time.
