We discussed multiple options on design and materials and they were able to source the beautiful and termite & weather resistant Mangaris hardwood that I was set on. The space also required a way to get to the outdoor basement staircase and the hydraulic trap door was a creative solution. They handled everything from getting permits, meeting with the inspectors, and electrical work. They communicated well with every stage of the project.
