> Swiftwater built a custom 8,500 sf timber home for us in the resort community of Tumble Creek in central Washington State.  It was a complicated project that may have been the most complicated project they had done.  They also worked very closely with my architect and designer to incorporate their ideas in practical ways.  But not only did Swiftwater build it, they were a significant part of the creative team, and they had many really cool ideas that have created some really cool and unique spaces in the house.  From multiple outdoor firepits, to a rustic bunk room to a gorgeous outdoor living area, they put so much thought and creativity into the process and it turned out really great.

The Master Vanity is a Rustic
Alder wood species, with “Java” stain. The stain is a water based product from
Decore-Finishes, with a 25% sheen HAPS Free, pre-catalyzed lacquer from Sherwin
Williams, over the top of it.
