We wanted to install a pergola and outdoor kitchen for our house and thought that Luxopatio was a reputable company. Turns out, they have no integrity whatsoever. When they sold us their products, they neglected to tell us the full story of how it would be installed and the issues and problems that would arise. They also do NOT return calls or emails, but they will harass you for money before they do any work. Furthermore, they are not honest with their clients or the city; they installed incorrect materials in order to fool the city inspector during an inspection. Finally, they do not show up when promised and nobody is in charge or can make a decision when problems come up. If you expect your permits to be promptly and accurately completed, they will not be. I solicited this business to build a pergola in my terrace, they do not answer the phone AT ALL, the permits are incorrectly done, they are extremely unprepared. The city inspector has come twice, the first time the workers of Luxapatio did not have any papers prepared for the inspector, the second time the papers were not complete. They drag their feet to avoid resolving issues with permits. They are currently not responding to emails, texts, or phone calls. It is very obvious no one knows what they are doing, as the salesperson, supervisor, and secretary all give different answers when they finally decide to answer the phone. They make empty promises that they will never fulfill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING YOUR MONEY TO LUXAPATIO **★ — HU-945818499, Jan. 2019** > I struggled mightily with this company through the protracted project. They simply didn’t deliver what they promised and we had to fight to just get it completed. Follow up since install has been poor for repairs/service to the point where I have given up completely and am just paying for what should be warranty work, simply so I do t have to deal with them. Today I see that they are using photos of my project (which I specifically didn’t authorize) on social media.
