The house was taken down to the studs and rebuilt. Jeremy, Geoff, Jake and team were a pleasure to work with. Jeremy was always accessible and responsive to all of our questions and offered great suggestions that helped us make better decisions. Honesty and integrity are two words that come to mind when thinking of Jeremy and team. The cost plus billing system helped us manage our renovation budget and the transparency it provided gave us peace of mind at the end of the day. Jeremy was also generous in letting us use his contractor’s discount to purchase materials. We are very comfortable knowing that everything in our house was done properly and the workmanship and detail in the trim work is first class. Overall a very positive experience. I wanted no visible screws anywhere on the deck and some very creative ideas came up to make that happen. I’m very impressed with the quality of workmanship, it has been a few years since it was finished, and it has held up perfectly. Jeremy then built a small outbuilding with a unique design, it has a green roof, costume glass cedar door unit, custom cedar siding and a large rough wooden beam that extends out to hold a swing set. The quality of both projects is excellent they have made my backyard a great living space. His crew was very friendly, and they were hard workers.
