He came, said he replaced the breaker and charged us $200. When the same problem occurred immediately he gave a vague reply about needing to do extensive work to discover the problem. Then a different electrician came and showed us that no breakers had been replaced in our box. Every breaker had a layer of dust in the exact same pattern. I called Mr. Wilson and he offered a refund.
