What makes Roger so valuable is his availability and responsiveness to come up with a workable construction plan. Also, he solved many problems that came up during construction in a quick and effective manner. Plus, his calm demeanor in such a time sensitive and intense situation, is refreshing. The room which he and his team renovated in just 3 days was a casual cottage sunroom. He also worked on some of the exterior. The homeowners were thrilled with the renovation and were excited to use that room after treating it as mostly a storage room up until that moment.
