> Tony Kelch managed a $430 thousand siding and roofing storm damage upgrade for our Condominium Association. His crews performed the work efficiently, they kept the grounds clean, and the workmanship was good. Tony also went "over and above" in that he advocated for the Condominium Association to receive more funding from the insurance company when unforeseen repairs were needed, or materials were not in the original estimate or work order scope. He even made sure that the work was done correctly even when it was still uncertain whether the insurance company would provide additional funds for the materials. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony to bid for your job.
