Recently Eric and Justin were in the showroom walking their client through the showroom and reviewing furniture options. It was wonderful to watch Eric work with his client explaining scale, functionality and construction of the furniture. Eric was patient listening to his client's concerns and questions. Eric even stopped and sat down in the middle of the meeting with his client grabbed a piece of paper and did a rough sketch so the client could visualize the space. As a sales rep, I don't see that very often.
