> Bob and his team did an outstanding job on a new patio installation and mailbox replacement.

> They were very helpful in recommending the patio’s size/shape, kind of pavers, the railing for the step-down from the house and tying the new patio to an older existing patio.

> We had Carroll install a paver patio for us (about 500 square feet). Before the job and during, Kevin (our project coordinator with Carroll) was very responsive and always got back to us. I was impressed.

> However, when they installed the patio at the same elevation as our rear basement door kickplate, I expressed concern.  He came out and saw it and also expressed concern, but thought it would be ok.  He offered to tamp the patio more to drop the elevation and I told him I would get back to him.  I did so less than a week later and accepted his offer to have them come back and tamp it more.  That was at the very end of August.  Its 3 months later ... and I never hear from them except when I call and ask status.  Every time I do, its "...I am hoping for better weather next week. " or "We will be on a job in your area next week." (yes, these are copied from his responses).  But ... they never show up!

> He is just keeping me at arms length hoping I go away.  In the end, we aren't happy with what they delivered and soon as they received the last payment, they treat you totally different.  I was going to have them do our rear basement door replacement and front stoop replacement, but I will NEVER work with them again and I urge anyone else to not work with them either.  The issue is when there is an actual issue (and you never know when or how this can occur) they do not deal with it properly from my experience.  They have strung me along and hope I go away ...

> I had Carroll Landscaping provide several services for me. They first did a paver front porch and walkway for me. I was so impressed with their work, I had them landscape the front and rear yard. After that they did a stepping stone walkway from front garage edge to the rear of my house, put in small paver patio and demolished the existing cement basement steps and installed  paver steps and base. They also demolished my wooden deck and installed a timber tech deck and stairs. Everything they did turned out great. Have received raves from friends and neighbors.

Bob's knowledge of Carroll County's  native plants, have added to the enjoyment of our landscape.  The team arrives on time,  works steadily to complete the project, and does a wonderful and thorough job cleaning up when they leave for the day. **Q: Paver color and manufacturer** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the name, color and manufacturer of these pavers?

A: Hi! The walkway itself is Sherwood Ledgestone Smooth paves in Sahara/Chestnut/Lite from Cambridge. The outer soldier course is RoundTable 6x6 squares in Ruby/Onyx, also from Cambridge.
