Consulting and designing services dedicated to making your renovation easier, a reflection of your aesthetic and executed with less stress.

Coaching, Consulting, Design/ Build? With so many professionals out there, it's hard to navigate through who would be the better fit for your project.

Renovation Coach:
We come in as a project manager for your remodel. We are not a contractor or structural engineer (however we have those available) We can be your advocate in hiring those, managing the schedule and basically, being your representative so you can go to work and not be distracted while your house is being overrun with subs. Coaches also help with budgeting, design, choosing materials and guidance.

Renovation Consultant:
This help is available as more of an 'a la carte' service. We can assist with every step and decision, to just one room, or just getting your feet wet. We 'hand hold' and help you feel successful in your decisions. We do help with all parties involved being heard and their creative expression expressed.

Design/ Build
The design/build model focuses on the big picture. From inception to completion the design/build crew handle every detail. This is for the client who doesn't want the stress of remodel details and responsibility. This client is comfortable leaving it in the hands of a team of professionals that know how to work together and get the job done on time, on budget and can afford to do so.

> Tiffany has an eye for understanding her client's style. She is so good at asking the right questions to be able to present you options that you didn't think about. She made our decisions easier with our home remodel by bringing us samples that worked and helped explain how it all went together. Her ability to narrow down our choices helped us save so much time. We appreciated how easy she was to work with and how quickly she answered our questions during the remodel chaos. Thank you Tiffany for helping us design our vision with more ease and joy!

> I am extremely pleased with my Bertolami Interiors experience. Bertolami Interiors did an amazing job bringing fresh ideas to my project. Tiffany really listened to and heard what I was trying to accomplish for it. I had been spinning my wheels on some floor planning/space planning. In no time, she formulated a vision to figure out how she could fit everything I wanted into the spaces and make it flow well. I was trying to reduce some costs to help with my budget. Not only did Tiffany find some creative ways to do so, but also she created value with a "less is more" approach (e.g., some open upper shelves instead of upper cabinets in the kitchen). Another thing that impressed me is Tiffany works very efficiently. I never felt like she was dragging her feet to run up the clock.

> Tiffany and Katie at Bertolami Interiors were very friendly and professional- all around great to work with. We engaged their service for a full bathroom addition and two bathroom remodels. Tiffany has a great design eye, strong technical knowledge and was extremely organized, which made designing layouts, custom cabinets, and picking out plumbing hardware/finishes much simpler than if I'd had to do it all myself. They helped keep our 10 week project moving forward and were very responsive when we or our contractor had follow-up questions or needed to source a last minute finish. Bertalomi Interiors was flexible and able to work with our different needs. For example, Tiffany also provided layout designs for our living room which made it much easier to pick out furniture and input on picking out new finishes for our kitchen, etc. Whether you're starting a smaller project or a full-scale remodel, I'd highly recommend Bertalomi Interiors!

> When we purchased a new house recently, we reached out to Tiffany because we needed a ton of help with paint, lights, art work, carpets, rugs, furniture in every room - so much stuff!
> The way she organized and prioritized the projects we were dealing with helped relieve tons of stress. She educated us and armed us with loads of tips all throughout the process.
> I love the final result. I am proud of our home and we couldn’t have made it what is without her professional, patient, stylish & knowledgeable guidance.

**★★★★★ — Brian Chui, Dec. 2019**

> Tiffany was such a great partner through every step of our two-room renovation. She captured the exact midcentury modern aesthetic we were looking for and respected our budget, even when including high-end touches in our custom-built cabinetry. Even when the sofa order was horribly delayed and the vendor was not being cooperative, Tiffany worked diligently to make it right. We would definitely work with her again!

**★★★★★ — Doug Tomlinson, Feb. 2019**

> It has been such a joy to work with Tiffany on our house interior. Her design ideas are a great combination of practical and inspired. Tiffany's talent allows her to present solutions instead of limitations. I appreciated how easy it was to collaborate with her, as she is organized, efficient, and friendly. I can’t recommend her services enough and will be working with her on future projects!

**★★★★★ — Michael Malerba, Aug. 2017**

> Tiffany helped me with my rental property in the Bay Area. She handled every aspect of my remodel keeping my budget in mind. It came out beautifully. She has a great intuitive sense and nailed spacial planning, finish materials and color selections. I highly recommend!

**★★★★★ — Bertolami Engineering & Comfort Casitas, Aug. 2017**

> Tiffany has been a wonderful asset to our project. She provided samples and walked me through different color options. Her referrals for getting tile, blinds, and other finishes were fantastic. She helped us when we really needed it and gave us the space to make our own decisions. Even our contractor was impressed with the final colors! I've recommended her to my friends.

Working in a smaller space can sometimes be challenging, but when your backyard is miles of water, we tried to include nature as a part of the space. After renovating the once closed off galley kitchen, the space is now transformed into an open area for cooking and making memories. With a mix of old and new, this art collector is able to showcase her latest collection in a cozy dining area that also provides a place for…

## Community Q&A

**Q: Anyone install Provenza Uptown Chic Spring Fever?** *(in Flooring)*

I broight home a few samples of Provenza LVP including The Natural and Spring Fever. Samples look great but when i see photos of it on provenza it looks awful and very fake. I’d love to see real photos if anyone has one. I like white oak and ideally would be installing white oak solid hardwood, but that’s not feasible at the moment.

A: Is there anyone here who has installed? The website is horrible.

**Q: Suggestions for a Light Color, low variation, no bevel, LVP** *(in Remodeling)*

I'm looking for suggestions for an LVP brand/model that has the following:
-light-oak sort of color
-minimal to no texturing/EIR (ease of cleaning)
-little to no knots or strong lines/patterning
-very little color variation
-little to no bevel

Something that looks like the photo above (which is not an LVP but hardwood)

Any suggestions? I've already looked at and ruled out the following:
-Flooret Modin Soho
-Cali Sandbar Oak
-Coretec Bedford Oak
-Coretec Cairo Oak
-Coretec Calypso Oak
-Coretec Ravenwood Oak
-Evoke Meghan
-Provenza Road trip
-Mannington Adura Swiss Oak Almond/Praline
-Shaw Silver Dollar
-Paradigm Conquest Enchantment
-Paradigm Conquest Estate

A: I finally went with Medieval Valencian and was alarmed at the repeats when they were laying the floor. The Medieval people said my eye won't perceive it when my things were in the house and she was right. I absolutely LOVE the floor.

**Q: I would like to know the brand and name of the wall paint. thanks** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi! Love the bathroom 😍; could you share the name and brand of the wall paint? Thanks

A: They have color matched it for me, another option could be to buy a small sample from Resto and take it in for SW to color match. Hope that helps!

**Q: 3D Tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

I've seen the contoured tile at Decor&Floor but in a White Ice Cream color. Is this the same color or is the tile available in a warmer color (like your bath...or maybe it's the lighting!?)?

A: Hi- no this tile is a warm gray stone looking field tile, I’ve seen the waves tile at floor and decor and I do not believe they have any other colors in that.

**Q: what is the paint color on the large wall?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Just starting a bathroom remodel

A: Hi! How exciting! The paint color on that wall is a Sherwin Williams color made for Home Depot. It’s called Glacial Stream. Good luck with your project!

**Q: What trim to paint on stairs?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

For the past two months, we have been painting stained orangey wood trim around our 1990s house. I left the stairs til the end, as I was unsure of what to paint. (Let me say that if money was no issue, I would call a contractor and rip these out and put in stairs that are more modern lines. But, money is a factor.) Paint is what is in the budget now. 🤣. And the carpet has to stay for now.
So we made our conservative best guess today as to what to paint, but after just the primer, I feel like something is off. Like we need to paint something else. Do the risers need to be white as well? Or is it the spindles? I don’t want to get “paint happy” as I can’t go backwards if I inadvertently paint something that would be best left wood.
For context, we have left the solid wooden doors stained, but white trim in the rest of the house, and it all looks amazing. Just unsure how to proceed with these stairs.

A: \* oops I meant the spindle color not rail color in regard to potential door color
