We had a problem with the chimney installation which caused a leak into the fireplace. Although they did fix it, it was difficult to reach them to do the repair. On Sunday evening our pilot light went out and would not come back on. We had no heat. We called early Monday Morning and left a message that it was urgent because we were at the beginning of a deep freeze with temperatures reaching -38 degrees and this is our main source of heat. We left 2 messages this week, neither of which have been acknowledged. Here it is Saturday morning, 6 days since our first message and we are yet to hear from this company. They were polite and helpful when we were purchasing these fireplaces but there is absolutely no customer service after purchasing it seems. I'm very disappointed since customer service was the main reason we hired them in the first place. We had to call the manufacturer in Vancouver who were great, and fortunately they were able to talk my husband through the repair which took about 30 minutes. Considering the amount of money we spent with Foyer Lambert the very least would have been a call back.
