I’ve hired him to remodeled both bathrooms in my home along with a complete kitchen remodel. He has installed travertine flooring throughout. I recently hired him to add an electrical outlet to my garage along with replacing the expansion joints around my pool. There is nothing Mitts Construction can not do. He arrives timely, is respectful and listens to what the customer is requesting. Is kind, respectful, friendly and professional. I can't recommend him enough, and love that I have someone that I can trust and count on to get jobs done! **★★★★ — Sandra Morones, April 2017** > He was patient and listened carefully to our wishes, making sure to create a plan that worked well within our budget and reflected what we wanted to do. He was also timely with his work, keeping to the contract schedule. When he found mold on the sheetrock in our kitchen he made sure to inform us right away of this delay (to replace it), but made up the time elsewhere so that the project was still completed in time. The job he delivered was even better than we initially planned and we are extremely pleased with the results. He stands behind his work. Offers advice, but works to support your vision of a project. We had him do a large project and then asked him back to do three smaller ones. He handled every part of the job: flooring, dry wall and paint, cabinet installation, shower tear out and remodel, tile work, door installation, and much more. He even hand crafted a mantel for our updated fireplace. When he needed to call in specialists for a couple of areas (electrical work, heating/AC) he had the connections to professional and knowledgeable services; people who met his same standards of work. While he was working on our remodel, our hot water heater started leaking, he didn't hesitate to help us quickly secure and replace the tank. He was consistently patient and steadfast when things were changed or added, and even when things did not go as planned (i.e. delays in parts or wrong materials, etc). Nothing phased his easygoing demeanor. Did I mention hardworking, reliable, and willing to work until the job was complete?
