My contractor, Joe Roberts & Associates, was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have done it without him - literally!! > > However, what I didn’t know at the time, and when I wrote my first recommendation, is just how truly reliable and dependable (even after all these years) this hardworking man is! You see, I had an issue with my shower tile. I sent Joe a message and instead of telling me some crazy excuse or giving me the run around, he promptly scheduled a visit with his tile guy! During the visit, I showed him another issue with the flooring in my living room. After a few minutes of back-and-forth with the tile guy, Joe provided me several options on how to proceed, starting with the less expensive option AND the option that would be less messy lol!! I visited a neighbor's home who recently had the same scope of work done that I was planning and immediately knew that I wanted to hire Roberts & Associates because of the quality of the work performed. Upon meeting Joe Roberts, I knew that the man was an honest professional and really knew all aspects of building, renovating or remodeling. I hired him and he and his contractors completed all of the work - and then some, that I had asked to be done. Nothing was left until all of the work was perfect. All of his sub contractors cleaned up after themselves and if something wasn't to your liking, was fixed until you were 100% satisfied. They were all honest and I left them alone on numerous occasions and was not worried about my house or possessions in the least bit. Joe came to the house often during the job and asked if I had any questions, issues and many times came up with ideas that would work better, save money or might have prevented future problems. I am delighted with the results! Water drainage is no longer a problem, thanks to some very creative and attractive solutions. New chimneys were rebuilt to match existing brickwork. A crumbling retaining wall and outdated patio was reconfigured and has become our favorite place to enjoy the family.
