Getting it scheduled took weeks of me calling over and over—the company did nothing to move it along on its own. When delivery finally happened, they brought only part of the order. Within a two month i noticed a hair line crack on the table. after a short time or few month this hair line crack were all over the table. I called them many times but the made many excuses. This company does not do honest business. Stay away from them, dont be fool with their discount. their furniture is after market that is why the price is less. The furniture arrived damaged, with scratches and dents on multiple pieces. The coffee table was particularly concerning, as the metal base was not constructed properly, causing the glass top to wobble. To make matters worse, the first delivery attempt for the coffee table set arrived damaged, particularly the legs which were bent, and on the second delivery attempt it arrived damaged as well. It's clear that the company does not inspect the furniture before sending it out, despite their assurances that they open every box and ensure everything is in perfect condition. This left me dealing with the frustration of waiting months for an item and then having to deal with returning it. I contacted customer service to report the issue immediately while the delivery team was still at my house, but they never pick up. I also emailed them right away and provided them with photos and videos showing the damage, but they refused to resolve the issue. And after several weeks of back and forth, I had the chance to talk with the Supervisor Anita who ultimately blamed the issue on my floor. Despite my efforts to provide further proof in a video format, including placing the table base on a leveled surface, the company still refused to take responsibility for their faulty product and want to charge me a 30% restocking fee and round-trip shipping and handling costs. The bed frame will lose a small part of its stability but the Tempurpedic adjustable base will more then support the load of the mattress and activity on the bed.
