Visions went so far above and beyond expectations with our flooring project! You definetly will not be disappointed when you go with this company! The previous contractor left us with a, lets just say very poorly done job, that was in need of replacing two years later. We did some searching and came up with Visions, contacted Jason, he came and looked at the kitchen, entryway, back hallway, & bathroom. Promptly got a quote to us, which was acceptable. Work was started and completed within three days as stated. In that time frame there was a water leak on a Saturday, which we thought was due to the install of the flooring, the lead installer came to our home early Saturday morning, searched until he found the cause of the leak...turned out it was the refrigerator water line. He was so kind as to go to the hardware store, get the part needed to fix the leak. When I offered to pay for the work done for the water leak Jason said no need just have a kind word to say about us and were even. Thats not often found these days! Visions is the real deal! The installers were very professional, prompt and easy to work with, especially since they were coordinating the job around our contractor's schedule. Carpet was installed in 4 bedrooms, an office and bonus room.
