After seeing over 50 properties and meeting with various architects in the area, it became apparent that Matthew’s passion for design, attention to detail, and creativity was one-of-a-kind. He oversaw every aspect of a complex project, including getting approvals from the historic commission, designing a unique modern home, and managing the build/construction project. He treated the home project as if it were his own and he advocated for the best materials and lowest cost that he could then pass along to me. Ultimately, the project came in on time and on budget and exceeded my expectations.
