Paul and his team were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. Paul helped us pick the perfect lot and then provided us with several house plans that were a good fit for us based on our input. > We asked for some minor tweaks to one of the plans and Paul quickly revised the plan to give us the exact plan we wanted. Picking interior and exterior finishes for the house could have been very stressful, but Dawn's guidance in this area made it almost easy. She had great ideas for us when we didn't know what to select, was a pleasure to work with, and we are very happy with all the selections that were made. Communication with the team during construction was very organized. Ryan (finance) kept us updated on project costs with the change order process to avoid surprises; Mike (project manager) patiently fielded questions, tracked down answers, and worked with vendors to ensure everything was delivered on time; and Dan (construction manager) worked closely with the subs providing oversight and keeping the project moving forward.
