We’re Enmar Homes and we’ve been in the Design & Build business here in Toronto since 2005. As a family operated company, we believe that customer satisfaction is; amongst all else, the most important element to a successful build. How we go about achieving this is through our constant communication with clients to ensure the most minimal of hiccups occur.

As a company, we specialize in project management. When a clients’ home is our responsibility, we take that seriously. To be the eyes and ears for our clients, is the biggest compliment we, as a company can receive. It means you trust us enough where we have understood your vision. This is Enmar Homes.

We started this company on the foundation of hard work always pays off. We started Enmar Homes Inc. in 2005, but before then we were Marsica Tile. We were a small tile company, doing small jobs here and there to make ends meet. It wasn’t until we were given that opportunity of a lifetime that was: Liberty Grand. The work came out magnificent, compliments by everyone, and all I remember saying after that job was, “It’s time for a new career!”

Hindsight is always 20/20, and through the years we went from small jobs to big jobs. Small builds to bigger builds. You learn from your past and plan for the future. Where we see ourselves going now is capturing 3D design and incorporating it into our clients portfolios. This, we believe, will enhance the client experience with us tremendously.

We are Enmar Homes.
Thank you

> We are very happy with our decision to work with Enmar Homes for building our custom home. Ennio and Mary made suggestions to enhance our drawings/plans and worked with us to accommodate changes along the way. We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and have appreciated keeping in touch with Ennio, Mary and their son Renato after for any warranty work and further projects. We would recommend Enmar Homes to friends and family!

> The ENMAR homes team, is a family owned business. It was a great pleasure to work with them, they are very engaged and worked with us to make our dream home a reality!! Ennio the owner, closely supervised and ensured all the trades completed the job .. he made sure it was done right! We have a small bungalow and he worked with us to accommodate our budget and made sure we got the most for our money! His dedication to his work shows in the job he does! He cares about the work and was on site daily ensure the trades were doing the work properly and in a timely manner. Our project was done in 2 1/2 months! I was extremely happy with the timeline.

> The undertaking of a new build is by far an ambitious project and choosing a builder to guide this process is just as meaningful. After extensive research, we were more than pleased in our decision to work with Enmar Homes. It was clear in our initial meetings with Ennio, Mary and Renato, that they understood this was going to be a family affair and continuously made sure all of our ideas and input were considered and addressed. They were always available and present to keep the project on time and moving forward. Their roster of contractors are experts in their trades and very professional, their reputation was evident. If you are looking to build a true custom dream home, we highly recommend Enmar Homes.

> Met Ennio & Mary in late 2014 outlined house we are looking to build with basic plans. Both helped us expand our plans with great ideas and soon we started in July 2015. Ennio was always on site with Mary assisting us with interior design ideas types of fixtures and finishes. Ennio's trades were great with his Carpender suggesting changes that enhance the look of our house. The finishes on both interior and exterior of the house are way above what you see in an average build and we highly recommend this builder to any prospective client has the experience was great
