First a leaky pipe under the concrete slab foundation, and second a leaking egress window. In both instances Troy was very responsive and thorough in his investigation into the problem. He provided great references to plumbers, carpet installers, and helped coordinate dry wall and plumbing contractors to get the work done smoothly and without much involvement from me. Troy is very trustworthy, and takes the time to do the job right. He is very knowledgeable about housing codes in Denver and great to ask for advice on how to fix almost any little project around the house.
