> Had Hertaus do a bathroom remodel, the custom cabinets were ordered in the wrong color and the wall cabinet was ordered as a counter cabinet, the vanity was reordered to the right color but the wall cabinet was not. They said they would fix the wall cabinet to the specs of what would have come from the manufacturer but all they did was screen a shelf to the bottom of the cabinet and told us we needed to pay to fix it. Not only do we have to pay to fix the cabinet like it should have been ordered but the cabinet installer cut all of the electrical box covers because they measured wrong so we had four electrical boxes moved and wall patch also that we paid for.

> The cabinets for this project were ordered based on the original cabinet codes of the approved design. The incorrect vanity color was identified when we came to install, and all cabinetry was reordered in the correct color using the same cabinet specifications that had previously been approved. Because the original cabinet was never installed, it was not discovered until installation of the replacement cabinetry that the suspended cabinet application required a different configuration than the cabinet that had been ordered. Once that was identified, we discussed corrective options and agreed upon a custom solution.

> The custom modification was reviewed and approved by you and your wife prior to fabrication.  The fabrication and installation were provided at no charge.  The custom piece was fabricated specifically for the cabinet which was also recommended by the manufacturer and installed as the agreed upon corrective solution.  Because of the inconvenience, we also provided additional shower materials and installation at no charge.

> After the modification was completed, you decided you no longer liked the look of the custom piece you had previously approved and you wanted it changed. Since then, we have continued working with you and the cabinet manufacturer to explore additional options. The $400 quoted was not to correct the original cabinet, but rather to modify the already installed, approved custom solution to achieve a different appearance.

> Regarding the electrical modifications referenced in the review, those were not related to the cabinet ordering issue. The outlet locations varied in height and adjustments were required due to countertop clearances as part of the overall installation process.

We looked at all the big home repair stores for flooring and all the chain flooring stores.  due to a limited small amount of choices I could not find the floor I wanted for my kitchen.   Hertaus Floors has so many options compared to all the others.  They were great to work with as well.  We even went back for carpet because we enjoyed their selection and customer service so much.  We used them a year ago and still love our flooring. This is the only place I will go for flooring.  You will find what you want here

> I would highly recommend Hertaus Floors.  I live just down the street from Hertaus, but had originally gotten a quote from Home Depot, assuming they would be more affordable than a local business.  My sister used Hertaus for the carpeting in their new house and said I should get a quote from them too.  Not only was Hertaus less expensive, being a family owned business made my experience so personal.  The owner even called me to check in after the installation to make sure everything was the way I wanted it.  I also ended up having them re-finish my wood floors - which turned out amazing.  I waited over 11 years to get new carpeting in my house and I cannot believe the transformation in my house.  I also love that I was able to shop local.  Get a quote from them, you won't regret it!
