They took pictures for me so I can deal with my pest control company that I had paid for 25 yrs! I also contacted 2 other local contractors for quotes. All three quotes were very close in price however, after much conversation with Mr. Avant, we decided to contract the job with him. We had to remove 3 rooms of wood flooring and replaced with porcelain tile, removed the dining room wall and constructed an archway between the dining room and foyer. All work was performed while we continued to live in the house. Mr. Avant was ever mindful the we were continuing to live in the house and assured that during the entire process that all my furniture was covered and gently moved and I never had to empty my China cabinet or curio cabinet. His work was impeccable and completed on time as we agreed.
