## About

Grandview Modular Homes was formed in 2008. This is the newest division of the company, which was started in 1971. This division was simply formed to offer our customers a different product than what was typically available at the time. Since then, the industry has evolved quite a bit, and many competitors are now attempting to provide similar, higher featured product lines, but we still feel that our homes are second to none. Grandview Modular Homes is dedicated to providing personalized, one on one consultation to ensure that our customers receive their custom home without fail. Our commitment means that will only sell 30-40 custom homes per year, unlike many of our competitors who focus on high volume of sales, but we know that our customers are happy in their homes and will always be treated with the respect they deserve rather than becoming just another number. The highest standards can only be achieved through focus and by having everyone within the company subscribe to the same philosophies. Our metamorphosis is constant: we are always working on improvement. However, at the moment we are extremely proud of all of the many people in our company, from our truck drivers, logistic coordinators, carpenters and service writers, who each play a role in providing our customers with the highest level of service.
