From the first day we started shopping for our new fireplace we knew that we would go back to Builders Materials to make our purchase. These guys still know what customer service is and spend time explaining the pros and cons of different styles and technologies. They were able to refer installers that did a great job in a timely manner. This is a sweet fireplace if your interested in the linear look. I've bought a Vestal cast iron damper, spec mix mortar, flagstone and veneerstone. They have awesome customer service and always fully answer your questions. Aaron one of the owners is quite knowledgable. There are other places in town where you might pinch a penny or two but you wont have great customer service like this. Their new showroom is a great place to get ideas of how their products look installed and give customers inspiration.
