The first sales person (Savanah) got the entire order wrong the first time around. Next, I worked with the manager (Wil) to get my order sorted out, I paid the deposit, and he assured me the order would be sent into production right away. When I called 2 weeks later to check the status, I was informed that the order never started production at all. Finally, I worked with the owner (Sam) who also assured me he would take care of everything and deliver the door 2 weeks later. He did deliver the door as promised, but in the wrong color (Silver instead of White Powder). I've spent the last 4 weeks trying to work with them to solve the problem with no success. Every time I call it’s, Sam is out of the office, or Sam is here and will call you back--but never does. Now my client is stuck with an expensive door they hate. It’s clear that there is a lack of leadership and professionalism at CBW. For a high-priced custom door company, CBW exhibits no sense of pride in their product and customer service. Two of the doors that we bought and sold have failed miserably and for the past 8 months Sam at CBW has refused to come out and fix them. On one of the doors, the wood used, has shifted and warped.
