From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. Heather, our closet designer, came to the house to take measurements and learn about our needs. Then she showed us a computer-generated image of how the new closet would look. The design was much better than what we had in mind! Then Jeff came to evaluate our kitchen and pantry and make suggestions on improvements using their Shelf Genie products. We agreed to go ahead with both projects. > When the materials were ready, Gerard, the installer, called to make an appointment that was convenient for us. When he arrived, the first thing he did was to put drop cloths anywhere he would be walking. During the installation, Gerard asked several questions to be sure that everything would be just the way we wanted. When the installation was complete, he took the time to show us how it all worked and he explained about the lifetime warranty. After putting away his tools, he came back in with a vacuum – you would never know that anyone had been working there! > The quality of the materials and the workmanship is outstanding, much better than we expected.
