(To be clear, I would not have made any money on those referrals, so, it made no difference to me at all.) > > I'm not sure who is supervising their work, but, the results are not useable for construction planning purposes. The drawings show a profound ignorance of ordinary construction conditions and an inattention to detail. > > The first drawings they submitted were obviously inaccurate, showing building sections with no floor thickness, and a 3' retaining wall in the basement as the end of the building, even though the building clearly continues for more than 6 feet beyond that point.
