He was offered several different staging packages and opted to go with a partial staging package. The staging was done on a Saturday, the photos were taken on Sunday and entered into the MLS System on Monday. The home was shown approximately 15 times that week with several offers being made immediately, ultimately resulting in the home being under contract by Friday. All the feedback provided by the showing agents raved about how well the home had been staged. This was the first time my investor had staged a home and he's now a firm believer and will be staging all his properties from now one. In my opinion the listing pictures are the most important part of a marketing package. The staging done on the home accented the upgraded amenities perfectly and made the listing pictures really stand out from other similar listings.
