I have multiple emails of dates confirmed that they were supposed to be here to set up Saturday, they called and canceled via email 14 hours before after I had moved everything out of the closet. Then I called to confirm that they were going to be here on Thursday which I ended up having to take off of work lost a day of work to have them install and then they end up canceling first thing in the morning via email. This company is extremely disorganized! A member of the chamber for the city of palm beach. I will definitely make sure I don’t let anybody else fall victim to this just organization. I never even offered a discount for their mess ups . > Avoid at all costs. Extremely frustrating. Dates were discussed between complainant & salesperson - but obviously nothing was finalized. (We would have taken deposit if it had been). > At complainant's behest we were attempting to "squeeze" them into a tightly booked schedule and it was dependent on completing previously committed contracts (Jobs). Therefore first two dates never came to fruition. > If Complainant would have accepted a normal four week delivery date and booked the job on an open delivery date everything would have gone very smoothly. > > You will see this same complaint on FB, BBB, & Google.....please search out our full response on the BBB website. > > With over 23 years of service in PBC, this is only the third person to ever lodge a complaint about our company!
