They were always available to address any construction and implementation issues. They worked conceptually and practically with our contractors to implement all features without negatively affecting the resultant design and features. The 4,942sqft house was under construction for 17 months, and they came visit a couple of times after the completion of the construction to ensure that we were satisfied with the result.
