We were (until now) a five-year customer. One of their service staff came out due to an issue and recommended we install a replacement AC unit. OK. > > It was scheduled promptly, though there was an error in the quote. Came out on Friday and replaced the unit. Took 8 hours for a condo unit install. No one bothered to warn us of the time required. It was installed wrong and the unit did not work the next day. > > We called the answering service and left a voice message with a person, but no callback for days. Called again, and finally, a callback. > > An exceptional employee came out immediately the next day and properly diagnosed the installation problem. Another 3 hours of my time. I asked said employee (who called me the next day to confirm all was working properly), and I requested she ask the manager to call me to understand why the issue of an improper installation and the lack of a timely response. > > After one week no callback. When I did get one today, it was by the office manager to say the Ops manager had been out sick. I asked why the owner could not call, as they promote it being a family business. Was told they don't do that. > > Well, we will now switch out the service contract from them. All for the sake of a 5 minute phone call. Who cares? My house is only 1800 square feet & installing a 3.5 was an overkill ok. had to take down door & try to enlarge doorway...they sent over their friend, "The finishing carpenter" to reassemble door...this door is custom made & has crown molding around it...Oh & I had to pay their ffriend, carpenter $180 to reassemble door > He could not enlarge doorway due to a supporting beam..., > & the nightmare continues....The house flooded two days after installation & they sent tech out to correct the drainage system or whatever it was, which took a couple hours... > Now that the cold weather has arrived I tried to put on heat & not working to no surprise....The tech came out & said he could not work on unit without taking door & moulding around door.....I asked him to call company & tell them what was going on.., > & here comes Katrina, the little darling in the office & of course she's non receptive to what I'm saying & actually claimed she has no recall door being enlarged, which is curious because they sent their friend out to put back together...Katrina actually said she'd send someone out to relocate ac @ my expense! .Katrina knows exactly what your talking about but she acts clueless...That's her MO, don't know, don't care, don't want to know....just go away, you've been taken! To say she is IRRITATING is an understatement. A real gem to do business with! > The techs are usually nice, however Jake chimed in with Katrina & started lying through his teeth..,,I asked for him to email the work order with a description of how he was unable to work on unit along with pictures he took .& guess what, he could not download work order & email it to me because he sent it to office already...Just more BS...I'm sure Katrina did not want me to get my hands on that work order that stated unit could not be worked on & why....then he said, w/ a silly ass grin on his face, "Katrina will call you in Five minutes" & I said no she won't & he said yes she will laughing as he drove away......Needless to say no phone call from Katrina... So I have an AC nobody can work because they completely botched the job .....The whole crew are bunch of SCHIESTERS"""".
