> I can only agree that they pad their bills and invent costs. I had to cancel the original scope of work with them and tried to get a new quote. New quote was inflated to account for site visits and quote preparation in previous job. I had to cancel everything all together, and ended up having a large part of my deposit withheld as "admin" fees. This was despite company representative telling me that I would get everything back, except permit application fees.
> Dishonest, tried to suggest non standard installation, and generally very unhelpful to work with. Stay away!
