> 8/4/21. Gonzalez Construction is doing a major residential job, replacing underground cable. They have been in our neighborhood this week. I give this company an five-star rating for:
> 1\. Being considerate of us neighbors. Usually outdoor work starts at dawn when temperatures are cooler during Arizona's scorching summers but Gonzales waits until 8 a.m. to give us a quiet morning.
> 2\. Safety. This company is squared away. Employees wear all their Personal Protective Equipment. Hard hats, steel-toed shoes, reflective vests, eye protection. They use safety cones on our streets to clearly mark work areas. They park their equipment carefully, away from driveways and other residential entrances.
> 3\. Customer interaction. The crews are polite and friendly. Also, we were well informed as to when they would show up and when work is expected to end.
> 4\. Crews are focused and work efficiently. They are organized and getting the job done with as little impact as possible to our neighborbood.
