> Customer Service is absolutely terrible. I called to inquire about an item I had ordered that was supposed to arrive yesterday and once I finally reached someone on the phone they immediately put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Immediately after calling again they hung up on me. I called a third time and had finally gotten a representative to tell me they had that item in stock but once I asked about my invoice they then put me on hold for a second time…. This time for 31 minutes until I pulled into Lowe’s parking lot and went to customer service just for them to tell me my item was there and ready for pickup. No apology for the unprofessional and disrespectful service.
