> I hired Freddie D when Hurricane Idalia flooded my home in New Port Richey. First go round with a hurricane & damage and stress that goes with it. I was assured by them that they would & could only charge what insurance paid. I paid them just under $40K. They did not give me any estimate. I was reassured "whatever insurance pays". It became evident after sheet rock, texture, paint, baseboard, doors that
> there was NO WAY the remaining $21K was going to cover kitchen,(cabinets, appliances,countertop,repair electrical, re-grout floor & seal) Bathroom (vanity, clean toilet, shower, re-grout floor & seal) Laundry room (washer & dryer, water heater cabinets, counter top, re- grout floor & seal). They did charge me on some items what insurance paid but not all items like I was told repeatedly.
