In addition they enclosed a open barn structure which is now a complete working barn. I have used Buck's Construction also for new fence installation and gutter repair caused from a heavy snow year. > > Buck Lemmon is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, timely, considerate and patient. > > Buck and his crew are true masters of their craft and our house and other projects show this in the quality that was put forth on all my projects. If I need a project done I do not ever go after several bids as I know I can count on Buck's Construction to do the job correctly and honestly. I would never use any other company now that I have this working relationship with Buck and his crew. > > In August of 2015 Buck's Construction began the process of constructing my current home. It is a Southern style and is approximately 1550 square feet. Buck had given a timeframe of 4 months to complete the house. He had hoped to have it completed by Christmas, adverse weather conditions pushed it back a week and we were moved in by New Years Eve. I thought that was pretty incredible! The craftsmanship and detail that Buck and his crew displayed within my home well exceeded my expectations. It is gorgeous and we are so happy with absolutely everything. The team are true artists! I went over budget because of the higher end finishes I chose and we added a few things that were not on the original plans, the house ended up costing approximately $400,000.00. Buck's bid was $350,000.00. > > I used Buck's Construction on a remodel in 2016 locally on a rental property. We remodeled a bathroom and two additional bedrooms were added and an outdoor shower. The interior of the home was painted and Buck built two large sliding barn doors with an intricate design which are gorgeous! During this project I changed and added a few things along the way, Buck's patience with me on these changes never seemed to phase him and he never has told me that it could not be done. The remodel was a total transformation from how it was and they had it completed in about 4-5 weeks. I believe this project was approximately $60,000.00. > > In August 2018 Buck's Construction started a remodel on a home I owned in the Bay Area. This was a huge project that would take Buck and his crew away from their families and homes for at least 40 days. I was so impressed how Buck managed to correlate all the subs and people needed to complete this project to travel 3-5 hours from where they normally work. It was amazing. The crew hauled RV's to a seaside RV park 25 minutes from the job site, this is where they would live for the next 40 days, it was so heartwarming for me to see the sacrifice they were making for my project. I do not believe very many contractors would travel such a distance outside of their area to do this job, Everything fell into place just as it was suppose too. On this project 3 bathrooms were totally gutted and redone, one being the master bath. There was new hardwood installed, new electrical outlets, new light fixtures throughout, new appliances in the kitchen, laundry room redone, garage redone, interior and exterior paint the list continues. I had a budget of $300,000.00 and when the project was completed I had $60,000.00 remaining. Started with a 1600 sf barn 14 years ago and has included new roof, add-on sun room, septic repair, electrical and patio and landing outside my new French doors.
