I worked with Vimaa and her team in early 2021 on a complete renovation of our older home before it went to market. Vimaa came in as I was halfway through a kitchen remodel (partly done myself, partly by a previous contractor). It wasn't the easiest job to start as it wasn't a blank canvas, there were budget constraints, etc. but she was able to work with that and provide great design options. Needless to say, we went with her design not just for the kitchen but for the entire home (she and her crew completely renovated 2 bathrooms, opened walls and fixed older, broken doors, leveled and replaced floors, changed all fixtures, etc.). It was a brand new house when we walked in and shockingly beautiful. The work was done well and quickly - far faster than I expected based on previous contractor experiences. I'll applaud her team as they were very professional and diligent. At the end of the project, we had a home that we really wanted to keep, but after the sale was completed, we were glad we didn't. I got a island pendant light along with some LED recess lighting installed in my kitchen. The way Juan installed the light was the the best possible outcome for the project. Juan came in and told me how uneccessary all that would be. He installed the light exactly where i wanted it and it looks clean and beautiful.
