> My husband and I were looking to replace a 28 year old wooden deck of approximately 500 sq ft. with Trex and aluminum railing.  We had several estimates and were taken aback by the price quotes (we had calculated the approximate material price for the project ourselves including hidden fasteners, connectors, and added wood for a Trex build). Fortunately, a friend was having her deck redone in Trex by Simple Man Construction. Knowing that she is very particular about workmanship and being able to see her finished deck helped us to solidify our decision to go with Simple Man. Her deck was beautiful.

Some people just leave you hanging and you end up wasting a whole day. I really appreciated that they kept me informed of their schedule. They were also very reasonable in their price.
