> Chisel & Tool designed and submitted plans for our ADU and they are the best in the business.   We had a complicated design and approval process which other architects didn't even attempt to tackle.  They fought for us when times of need because fire department wanted us to pay to install a fire hydrant in front of my house.   Chisel & Tool went the extra mile to get water department involved and came to measure and prove that fire hydrant was not necessary.  This would have derailed our ADU plan but Chisel & Tool took the extra effort to make sure we got our ADU plans approved. Thank you!
