The house had been remodeled in the 1990s so there were no plumbing or electrical issues, but it was incredibly dated. Project included: > --selecting and installing new flooring for the entire 3500 sq ft house > --creating a separate guest bedroom in the basement and removal of the old dropped ceiling > --select and install new tile for basement guest bath > --remove unnecessary upper cabinets in kitchen rework layout while saving the cabinets per our request. Selected and installed new counter, sink, fixtures. > --divided a huge master bedroom in two so that we could have three bedrooms on the same floor > --remodeled master ensuite bathroom > --remodel powder room > > I LOVE that Erica worked with what we had and within our budget and restrictions. She helped us salvage the kitchen cabinets and really was creative with the design. She made the best out of what we were able to do during that phase of our lives. I was so disappointed that I couldn't have the same flooring in the dining room as the entry (for a variety of structural reasons) and yet she suggested a natural fiber low pile carpet that has been amazing! It's so quiet and durable. Erica also restrained my tendency to go wild with color/pattern and steered me towards simple classic designs that hold up in a family house. Highly recommend her for your design needs.
